This international study tour offers a unique opportunity for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students to travel to Fiji and learn about Fijian culture and history in a breathtaking tropical setting. Travelling as a group, and accompanied by UniSA, Wirringka and Aboriginal Leadership & Strategy staff, you will discover the rich heritage of Fiji’s First Nations Peoples, connect with local communities, and exchange knowledge and experiences.

The tour is funded by the University, including all flights, accommodation, tour itinerary and a $1500 grant towards additional costs.

Applications are open to current UniSA or UniSA College students who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and who have completed at least nine units (usually two courses) of study in their program. You must also be at least 18 years old to participate.

Final participants will be chosen based on their personal statement and their academic merit.
