This form is for undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students wanting to go on a short term study overseas program. This is not for study tour applications.

This form is for University of South Australia students only. Please review the application in full prior to commencing the application as you will not be able to save this form.


How to Complete this Form
On the next page of the application, you will be asked to:
          - Provide the information of the short term program you are planning to do
          - Confirm if you're planning to receive course credit or program recognition
           - Agree to our participation agreement and talent release
Before you submit the application, please ensure you've spoken with an academic advisor about how the experience may fit with your program, and have provided all the correct information.
If you accidentally submit incorrect information, please send an email to short.programs@unisa.edu.au to let us know of the error.

Once you've submitted the application, you will be sent a confirmation email. If you don’t receive the email, make sure to check your spam and junk folders. Email is how we will communicate with you, so it’s important that you make sure you’re checking it regularly and receiving our messages.


Application Deadlines
Due to the variety of programs and opportunities, there is no single deadline for a short term application.

If you are applying to a partner program (i.e. summer/winter school), please apply at least two months before the program begins.

For non-partner applications, preferably at least apply a month before the program begins.

You can still submit an application closer to the start date of the program, even for partner programs. However, be aware that it takes time to process applications and travel grants, and we cannot guarantee a place at a partner program if you are late. Therefore, it is best to give yourself plenty of time to get ready!
